I have read that you do not need to push to talk to communicate with ghosts, but I recommend doing so as this lets your team know that you are getting the ghost's attention. Using global makes the sound a bit distorted, simulating a walkie talkie. I found 45 0 -45 to work great for my default "hands angle", but when it came to actually interacting with the equipment, the angle felt bad. Using local chat makes you sound exactly how you sound speaking through your mic. You can try different settings there, a few have been called out in this thread. With local push-to-talk, you'll be able to hear your teammates. I believe there's a VR settings menu, and if you scroll down towards the bottom there's a "controller angle" setting (can't remember the exact name) and it provides 3 numeric values, which I assume account for angles on the X Y & Z axis. Phasmophobia provides two in-game voice chat options: local push-to-talk and global push-to-talk, AKA the Walkie Talkie. In the main menu of the game (before you begin/join an actual session) there is an options menu. If you have time do you mind letting me know how to do this?
